Kareem Orr

Kareem Orr was promoted by the Titans to their active roster.

The Tennessee Titans continue to piece-meal a secondary together, adding cornerback Kareem Orr to the 53-man roster from the practice squad and placing rookie cornerback Kristian Fulton on injured reserve.

That move would seem to confirm that Adoree' Jackson will not be activated from injured reserve in time for Sunday's game with the Bengals.

Fulton, who went out with a knee injury against Pittsburgh last Sunday, will be eligible to return from IR when the Titans play the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 22.

Orr, who has been up from the practice squad for two games this season, joins the secondary as depth. The group of cornerbacks the Titans have available for Sunday's game in Cincinnati includes starters Malcolm Butler and Johnathan Joseph and rookie nickelback Chris Jackson, along with Tye Smith who is questionable with a shoulder injury. The Titans also announced that cornerback Breon Borders would be brought up for the game against the Bengals, along with running back D'Onta Foreman.

In addition, the Titans have added outside linebacker Derick Roberson to the injury report as out with an illness.
